In this photo session, I didn’t use too many photography equipments, just two flash lighting including the soft box and standard reflector. I used Nikon D70s with Nikon 18-70mm lenses. The cheap equipments, but enough for creating a good work ☺
Ok, here is the flash lighting setting.
As seen on the picture above, I used two flash lighting. One of them with softbox as a main light was aimed to the lying down model. Another lamp was used to fill the shadow part.
By using that setting, I could get an original file as shown below (p.s. I used the RAW format)
I used Adobe Photoshop CS3 to edit this picture. The RAW format file would automatically opened by Adobe Camera Raw 4.0. I did several corrections, as marked by the red labels.

After finished correcting on Adobe Camera Raw 4.0, I did another correction which is changing hue/saturation to get the color that I wanted.
The red and yellow channel that I changed is shown below

The adjustments above would create the picture as shown on the left. next step, I used burn and dodge tools. My main interests in burning and dodging this picture were in the woods and the stomach of the model.
Below is the picture, before and after burn and dodge.
I think the picture, after burning and dodging, is good enough. But here, I want a photo with a darker nuance. So, I change the hue/saturation again, as shown in the picture below.
And this is the final result.
.
